This exceptionally well-equipped lodge boasts a modern design with integrated appliances and clever storage, creating a homely, cozy, and spacious feel. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ample storage, a private ensuite WC, and a 32" smart TV. The second bedroom is a twin single room with two single beds, a shared bedside cabinet, a wardrobe, drawers, and a TV. The open-plan living and dining area includes a brilliantly designed kitchen with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner gas hob with extractor, microwave, and washing machine, along with a full complement of cookware and dinnerware. The lounge area offers a large L-shape sofa, a 40" smart TV, an indoor fireplace, and an upholstered armchair, with double doors opening to a decking and balcony area.
Hoburne Bashley facility and entertainment passes are not included but can be arranged for an additional cost. Towels, linens, and basic cleaning equipment are included. One travel cot and one high chair are available for babies and toddlers. The lodge is pet-friendly, with nearby walks for dogs. A hairdryer and an iron are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the lodge. Free parking is available at the front of the property.

Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. No smoking (vapes included) inside the property, and no illegal substances are allowed on the premises. No parties or loud events are to be held on site. Please keep any outside noise to a minimum at night. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please wash dishes & cutlery regularly and keep rubbish tidy using the bins allocated. Please use the toilet bins provided for any sanitary items. Please do not rearrange the furniture (minor adjustments to tables/chairs is fine). Please read the operating manuals of the appliances you’re using. Please keep any pets off furniture. Only registered occupants are allowed to stay at the property.
