This attractive lodge features open-plan living with a double bedroom and two single bedrooms, plus two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, extractor hood, toaster, kettle, and microwave, along with ample cookware, crockery, cutlery, and glassware. The dining area has a table and chairs for four. The lounge boasts a large sofa, a TV with a Firestick, and an electric fireplace. The master double bedroom includes an ensuite shower room, cupboard storage, a wardrobe, drawers, a TV, and USB powerpoints. Two compact single bedrooms offer single beds, storage, and under-bed storage. A family shower room with a walk-in shower is also available.
Facility passes are included in the price of your stay. A single parking space is provided.

Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. This is a non-smoking property, including vapes. No pets are allowed to stay or visit. No illegal substances are permitted on the premises. No parties or loud events are to be held on site. Please keep outside noise to a minimum at night. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please wash dishes and cutlery regularly using the dishwasher, and run the dishwasher with remaining items before departure. Please keep rubbish tidy using the allocated bins. Please use the toilet bins provided for sanitary items. Please do not rearrange the furniture, though minor adjustments to tables and chairs are acceptable. Please read the operating manuals of appliances. Please keep shoes off indoors.

It's also close to walking trails leading to Milford-on-Sea village and beach. The park is near West Hampshire's coastline, with Milford-on-Sea, Hurst Castle, and Barton-on-Sea within easy reach. The New Forest National Park is a short drive away, as is the coastal town of Lymington. Other nearby beaches include Highcliffe, Avon, and Mudeford, leading to the town of Christchurch.
