Harbour View House is situated on the east side of Whitby, providing a perfect base to explore the seaside town. A short walk leads to the town center with its narrow, medieval streets filled with shops, pubs, and cafes. Explore boutiques selling Whitby Jet jewellery or enjoy local seafood in the many restaurants. Crossing the swing bridge over the River Esk leads to the West side of Whitby, with Pier Road offering more pubs, restaurants, and arcades. Continue to the blue flag West Cliff Beach, lined with beach huts. Beyond Whitby, discover woodland and moorland within the North York Moors National Park, ideal for long walks.
