Lemonade Arch is bright and spacious with striking, luxury interiors. The ground floor features a large utility room, a shower room with WC, and a comfortable sitting room. The property is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. The first floor boasts a beautiful open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The grey kitchen features a huge island with modern appliances including a coffee machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A solid wood dining table is perfect for socialising. The living area includes three comfy leather sofas and a flat-screen TV. Also on the first floor is a contemporary family bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower, and a bedroom with a king-size bed and plush bedding. The second floor houses a further four bedrooms and a second family bathroom. The main bedroom is large and bright with a Super King bed and a single bed, plus a free-standing bathtub in the corner. A separate area contains a toilet and sink. This room is ideal for families as the Super King bed can be made up as two single beds. Another bedroom features skylight windows arching over a Super King bed and an en-suite with a large walk-in shower. The final two bedrooms are stylish and chic, each complete with double beds. The family bathroom on this floor features a bath with an overhead waterfall shower.
Guests have access to the full property. Free parking is available on the premises for two cars, with additional free parking found nearby. Keys are accessed via a secure key safe.
Pets are allowed (maximum 1), smoking is not allowed, and events are not allowed. This property is suitable for children and infants. Host & Stay requires guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which covers up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
