The mezzanine level houses the bedroom with a king-size bed, double wardrobe, and chest of drawers, as well as a newly installed walk-in shower, toilet, and basin in the bathroom.
Complimentary tea and coffee are provided. Fresh white bedding and towels are included, along with miniature travel-sized toiletries. Paid parking is available at Nunnery Lane car park, a 5-minute walk from the property. Guests can use the washing machines and dryers located in the ground floor laundry room for a fee of £1.00 coins per use, and a laundry capsule is provided to help guests get started.
The entrance area doubles as an office space, offering a dedicated area for work.
Please note that the log burner is not to be used during your stay for fire safety precautions. Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested for early check-in without permission or for late check-out. A £100 charge will apply for lost keys. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed. The washing machine inside the flat is no longer functional, but communal laundry facilities are available. The small patio outside the bay windows is for decorative purposes only and is not for guest access.

Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
