There is a large shared garden with chickens and a flower garden, with beautiful views over the city, and street parking is available.

The room offered is a double bedroom with a wardrobe, shelving and chest of drawers. Full-time (Monday to Sunday) costs £800 a month, or £650 a month for Monday to Friday, with bills included. It is available as soon as possible, with flexibility on length of stay.

The landlord is a 44-year-old professional working from home who enjoys a morning cuppa together, sometimes cooking or eating dinner together, and building a supportive home. Couples, dependents, room-shares and smokers are not welcome.
