We are two working professionals, aged 29 and 30, looking for a housemate to join our detached home. The house is spacious and features a large garden, a big shed for bicycle storage, and a shared driveway. The available room is unfurnished, though it includes a wardrobe and shelves, and comfortably fits a double bed. The rest of the house is fully equipped. We are sociable and easy-going, enjoying occasional dinners or pub visits, but also value our own space. We work from home occasionally and have a dedicated desk setup downstairs. We are looking for a non-student professional aged 25-38. Smoking is allowed, but no pets. The deposit is £605.78. Please note that we plan to move out within 4-8 months, likely leaving most furniture behind.
