The housemates are currently three boys and three girls, and another girl would be welcome to keep the balance, though it is not essential. The house has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where everyone is social but has their own interests. Bills are not included: around £10.30 a month for Wifi, £44 for council tax and about £70 for everything else. Housemates take turns cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. The location is close to Finchley Road shops and amenities, with a bus stop outside, and Jubilee and Northern line stations within easy walking distance. Move-in date is 12 November.
