The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, kettle, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, and coffee machine, adjacent to a dining area that comfortably seats four. Upstairs, you'll find two well-appointed bedrooms, each with comfortable double beds, in-built wardrobes, and storage shelves. The family bathroom has a shower. Step outside to the patio garden with a dining set, perfect for alfresco meals.

Convenient street parking is available at the front of the house, with permits provided. One small, well-behaved dog is welcome for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. A cot and high chair are available for use.

The cottage offers a tranquil spot for unwinding with a good book or enjoying some friendly competition, and the living space features a smart TV with Freeview channels for catching up on favorite shows. For streaming services, please use your own logins. Remote self-check-in allows for flexible arrival times.

Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. Please check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule. There is a £100 fee for lost keys and a £50 fee for call-outs if locked out. Smoking is not allowed. Dogs must be well-behaved and house trained, and should not be allowed upstairs or on furniture. Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property, and clean muddy paws before they enter the house. Please do not leave them alone in the property. Bookings are subject to a verification process.

IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

This cottage is an ideal base for exploring the nearby South Downs, Goodwood Estate (horse-racing, Festival of Speed, and Revival), and West Witterings beach. A bus station is located on the main road, and Chichester Train Station is a 15-20 minute walk away.
